Raffi graduated from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) with a master’s degree in musicology. Raffi is one of the leading guitarists in Lebanon, having played with the biggest local and international names in the music industry. In 2013, he formed his own jazz quartet (RMJQ), which reflects his personal musical style and influences. He is currently teaching classical and modern guitar at the faculty of music at USEK.
